HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This means that you alternate periods of intensive exercise with short breaks. In this way you can build up your condition in no time. HIIT at LUCIE is more than just boxing: you also do push ups, burpees, squats and planks. Building condition has never been this fast!

Even more advantages of boxing
In addition to building fitness, boxing has many other benefits.

It is a full-body workout
Working hard in the gym to build that perfect body: fine! But you can also do it faster. Follow the group classes or personal training sessions at LUCIE and you're done with a full-body workout in 50 minutes. You save a lot of time and work on your strength and condition.
Boxing relieves stress
With boxing you can let off some steam - in a controlled way, of course. You can let off steam and your brain goes into 'off' mode. This will increase your endorphins - the hormone of happiness - and lower your stress levels.


You develop a six pack
Besides building up your fitness and reducing stress, boxing also contributes to your six-pack. With just one boxing training session, you train your abdominal muscles twice as hard as if you were doing sit-ups. This is because with boxing you twist your body in different ways and you directly train your oblique abdominal muscles.

Prefer not to attend a group lesson or to get even more out of your training? Then choose personal training. We combine boxing training with strength training, ideal for building up condition. The complete training is tailored to your wishes and needs.

Here you will learn the proper techniques and stances, which you can put into practice during group classes or personal training sessions.
