LUCIE has a wide range of group classes and opening hours. The focus is on boxing (without physical contact),but you will also find mobility, booty and circuit training on the schedule.

In 50 minutes you train with a group of like-minded people guided by a professional.


We offer High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the discipline of boxing as a starting point. But in a motivating 'club' atmosphere. Together we let loose for 45 minutes with the Six Punch formula. There is no physical contact, so no blue eyes. The trainings are suitable for men, women, beginners, advanced and you can join at any time.

Never boxed before? Or does your technique need some extra attention? No problem, during the
Boxing fundamental training (1x in 6 weeks) you will learn the right technique and posture. In the Virtuagym schedule you can book this fundamental class.

Boxing bag training is ideal to improve your boxing skills. The high and low lines train perfectly on the long punching bag. The focus is on boxing but the bags lend themselves well to handing out some kicks as well!

A solid booty workout with the focus on the muscles "below the belt". Legs and booty are guaranteed to get acidotic during this class and get the right stimuli to get stronger, firmer and bigger.

You're going to love this fullbody strength workout. All your muscle groups and energy systems will be addressed, making you fitter and stronger.

Flow Yoga is accessible to everyone. During class you work with different postures and focusing your attention on different areas of the body. You will find that with regular yoga practice you will have more energy, be more aware of your body (posture) and breathing.

Every Thursday there will be a live Dj during the evening sessions to make it a real sports party.
