We offer High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) based on boxing discipline. But in a motivating “club” atmosphere. As a group we go wild with the Six punches formula for 50 minutes. There is no physical contact, so no black eyes. The trainings are suitable for men, women, beginners, advanced and you can start at any time.

Never boxed before? Or does your technique need some extra attention? No problem, every Wednesday from 5 pm to 5.50 pm you will learn the right technique and posture during the LUCIE boxing basics.

A solid workout with the focus on the muscles below the belt. Legs and booty acidify guaranteed during this session and receive the right incentives to become stronger and bigger.
Every Thursday during the evening sessions we have a live DJ to make it a really sporty party.
