First time? You’re welcome! You can come by for a trial at you preferred training hour. Tell the instructor that it’s your first time and you will get the right tips & tools.

Don’t have gloves? No problem, you can borrow them from us this lesson. Make sure you bring a water bottle and (sweat)towel with you. After the training we will be curious about your experience. Register as a “first timer” and train with us!
