When you purchase a membership through the app, LUCIE requests personal data. This data is used to inform and contact you for the purposes for which you supplied it. Processing is governed by the GDPR. Data is not retained longer than legally permitted. Public areas are monitored by cameras; recordings are kept for 48 hours.

LUCIE uses Bsport for member administration and bookings. Relevant data is shared only to provide these services. A data-processing agreement is in place with this partner. LUCIE does not share personal data with other parties without members knowing, unless required by law.
